A Palestinian Student Welcomed at Unimore as Part of the IUPALS – Italian Universities for Palestin-
ian Students Programme
Palestinian student Nada Ayman Abu Khubaiza has joined the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Uni-
more) through the IUPALS programme, promoted by the CRUI with the support of the MUR and MAECI. Re-
cipient of a scholarship under Unimore’s “Educating for Peace” project, she will pursue a Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Engineering at the Mantua campus. The initiative reflects Unimore’s commitment to peace,
human rights, and inclusion, and its role within the RUniPace network. Through IUPALS, Italian universities
work together to support Palestinian students and promote education as a path to peace and renewal.
