Sport and Education: Beyond the Master’s Degree, a Postgraduate Course and an IFTS Programme
Unimore expands its sports education offering with three complementary pathways: the Master’s Degree in
“Health and Sport”, a postgraduate course in “Sport System Management” (in partnership with the University
of San Marino), and an IFTS (Higher Technical Education and Training) course for “Technician in the Manage-
ment of Sports Organisations, Facilities and Events”. The postgraduate course trains professionals capable
of managing and promoting sports organisations, with expertise in sports law, marketing, communication,
and event management. The programme prepares participants for leadership roles in the sports sector. The
IFTS course, free of charge and open to residents of Emilia-Romagna, includes 800 hours of training across
classroom lessons, internships, and project work. It covers topics such as e-Sports, sustainability, safety,
and digital communication. Delivered in collaboration with partners like CONI, Modena Volley, and AC Reg-
giana, the course provides practical, job-oriented training.
